PhotoCraft

Terms of use

Effective August 15, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and PhotoCraft. By using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify support@photocraft.my of suspected unauthorized use.

Service description

photocraft.my is an independent site. PhotoCraft is open-source software by Storyteller and the ArtCraft community; this site is not affiliated with them or with Adobe.

Credits, subscriptions, and payment

The PhotoCraft editor, desktop downloads, and local batches of up to 10 images are free. AI generation and larger local batches use the credit amount shown before submission. Purchased credits are added after payment is confirmed.

The selected payment provider, total price, and any renewal interval are displayed before payment. One-time credit packs do not renew; crypto payments through NOWPayments are available for eligible one-time packs priced at USD 39 or more. Waffo subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until cancelled; use your account or contact support@photocraft.my to stop future renewals. Purchased credits remain available while your account is active.

When offered and selected at checkout, Waffo Pancake acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and handles payment collection and applicable sales taxes. You authorize recurring charges at the displayed amount and interval when you choose a subscription. Cancel future Waffo renewals in your account under Waffo subscriptions; cancellation preserves the paid period and unused purchased credits.

Credits are returned for requests that definitely did not start or have provider-confirmed terminal failures; uncertain provider outcomes remain held for reconciliation. Monetary refunds follow our refund policy and mandatory consumer law, and approved refunds return through the original payment provider to the original payment method.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or rights-infringing material; to impersonate people deceptively; to bypass safety controls or rate limits; to reverse engineer protected systems; or to interfere with the service. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

AI content policy

Effective October 10, 2026. These rules apply to prompts, uploaded images, AI-generated or edited images, and use of PhotoCraft. Do not submit, generate, or distribute:

  • Pornography or NSFW content: explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual violence, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Violence or gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, or material encouraging real-world violence.
  • Hate speech: threats, dehumanization, or incitement to hatred or violence against protected groups.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): sexualized depictions of minors or any child exploitation, including synthetic or altered material.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation: deceptive portrayals of a real person's words or actions, or use of their likeness without permission.
  • Copyright or trademark infringement: material that violates another person's intellectual property rights. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and intended use.

Do not bypass safety controls or use this service for fraud, terrorism, or other unlawful harm. Review AI results before using them and disclose that they are AI-generated when sharing them; do not present them as authentic recordings or human-created works.

The local editor and local batch tools process files on your device; we do not inspect those files on our servers. The content rules still apply to your use of these tools.

Reporting by email

Report suspected violations or appeal a restriction by emailing support@photocraft.my. Include the affected page or request reference, what happened, and how to contact you for follow-up. Do not attach illegal or graphic material, passwords, or payment details. We may ask for more information and explain the review outcome by email.

Content safety policy

Content policy effective October 6, 2026.

This policy applies to uploaded images and videos, custom text, generated results, and use of the service. Do not submit, generate, or distribute:

  • Violence and gore: graphic injury, mutilation, torture, dismemberment, or content encouraging or glorifying real-world violence.
  • Hate speech: threats, dehumanization, incitement to violence, or discrimination targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.
  • Sexual or exploitative content: explicit nudity or sexual acts, sexual content involving minors, sexual violence, nonconsensual intimate imagery, or attempts to undress a person.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): any sexual depiction or exploitation of a minor, including generated or altered material.
  • Deepfake impersonation: creating or using synthetic media to impersonate another real person or falsely portray their words or actions.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII): creating, altering, or sharing intimate imagery of a person without their consent.
  • Abuse and rights violations: targeted harassment, deceptive impersonation, unauthorized use of a person's likeness, exploitation, or content violating privacy, copyright, or other rights.
  • Illegal activity: assistance with terrorism, trafficking, or other unlawful harm; evasion of safety controls is also prohibited.

How we review content

Before a generation starts, we screen submitted text using a local child-safety rule and Waffo's automated prompt screening. A blocked or uncertain result does not proceed. If screening is unavailable, the request stops and may be retried later. These pre-generation stops do not charge credits.

Our media pipeline also checks supported uploaded and generated images and videos for explicit nudity. These automated checks are limited and do not detect every violation. Violence, gore, hate, consent concerns, and other suspected violations can be reported for human review; we do not claim that every result is manually reviewed or that automated nudity checks detect violence or hate.

Enforcement and appeals

Authorized administrators review screening records and reports, investigate the supplied information, and record their decisions and reasons. Depending on the evidence and seriousness, we may refuse a request or suspend generation access. A report alone does not automatically suspend another user. Accounts with a content restriction cannot submit new generation requests; billing, subscription cancellation, and appeals remain available. We may restore access after review of an appeal. This process does not automatically forfeit purchased credits or cancel recurring subscriptions; billing and refunds remain subject to the payment and refund terms.

Report a concern

Use Report content without signing in. Select a category and provide the affected link or request reference, what happened, and an optional contact email. Do not upload or reproduce illegal or graphic material. You receive a receipt number when the report is saved. To appeal, select “Appeal a moderation decision” and include the relevant receipt or account reference. We record reports and review outcomes in a restricted administrator queue.

We provide an initial human response within 3 business days when a contact email is supplied, including for photo or likeness misuse. Reports involving suspected CSAM, NCII, or imminent harm are prioritized. If an investigation needs longer, we explain the next steps and provide an update; this is a response commitment, not a guarantee that every investigation finishes within that period.

Your content and generated output

You retain rights you already hold in submitted content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions. AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or similar to existing work. You must review output before use and must not represent synthetic media deceptively.

Rights in output and commercial use depend on applicable law and the terms active for your account. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, or non-infringement.

Availability and changes

Models, processing systems, pricing, features, limits, and pre-release information may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal, or operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage of generated files.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service or request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal risk, or nonpayment. Terms that should reasonably survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability, continue to apply.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law. Questions: support@photocraft.my.
