How to use PhotoCraft online
1. Open an image. Choose File › Open (⌘O / Ctrl+O) or drop a file on the canvas. PhotoCraft opens PSD, PSB, TIFF, PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP, TGA, OpenEXR, HDR, SVG and iPhone HEIC photos.
2. Edit with layers. Add adjustment layers from the Layers panel, mask them, add layer styles and type. The menus and shortcuts follow Photoshop, from ⌘J to ⇧⌘D, and the command palette (⌘F) finds any action.
3. Save your work. File › Export As writes PNG, JPEG or WebP with quality and scale; File › Save As keeps every layer as PSD or the native .pcraft format. Files download through your browser.
4. Use AI while you edit. Start with a prompt in the empty workspace or New document dialog. Make a selection with the rectangle, ellipse, lasso or other selection tools, then describe the change in the nearby AI bar. AI changes stay inside your selection and arrive on a new editable layer. Use AI › Split into layers for Seedream 5 Pro: check its separate one-time credit cost, then add the positioned transparent layers as a group or open a new layered document. Undo removes the result. Your image and prompt are sent only when you press Generate or Split into layers.

Is PhotoCraft online the same as the desktop app?
This browser workspace is based on the PhotoCraft 0.6.0 engine compiled to WebAssembly, with PhotoCraft.my’s AI commands integrated into its menus and document workflow. The web version opens files through your browser’s file picker and saves by downloading. It has no autosave, so export your work before closing the tab. For very large PSD files the desktop app is faster.
Are my photos uploaded?
Opening, editing and exporting in PhotoCraft happen on your device. If you choose an AI edit, the image you select and your prompt are sent to our AI service only when you press the generate button. Capturing a canvas preview does not upload it.
Which browsers work?
Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari with WebGPU or WebGL2. If the canvas stays blank, update the browser or open the full-screen editor and add ?webgl to its address to force the WebGL2 fallback.
Can I open PSD files in PhotoCraft online?
Yes. PhotoCraft reads and writes layered PSD and PSB files, TIFF with layers, PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP, OpenEXR and more, and it opens SVG as shape layers.
This workspace uses our customized PhotoCraft 0.6.0 web build, based on the engine licensed under MIT or Apache-2.0 by the PhotoCraft developers (source code), with PhotoCraft.my’s AI commands integrated into the editor.
